This past Tuesday morning, Governor Chris Christie joined the likes celebrities such as Lindsey Lohan and Jannet Jackson by exposing some of his luscious curves in public. Witnesses snapped photos Governor Christie on an early morning run, wearing a daring Nike cutoff shirt, flashing passers bys a prime look at his buxom body, causing many political and celebrity pundits alike to name it “the greatest celebrity side-boob shot in the history of side boob shots.”

Governor Christie later released a statement addressing the incident, showing he is taking the fashion faux pas in stride.

“I’m comfortable enough with my own body to be okay with this,” Christie stated. “In fact, I take it as a compliment that it caused so much discussion. I know there are a lot of people who would like to see me lose weight, but let me tell ya, there’s plenty more that would love a piece of this beefcake.”

While Christie has gained new fans as a result of how he handled the situation, skeptics seem less than convinced of the authenticity of the incident, especially conservatives. Bill Branch, a forty nine year old Republican, quickly refuted Christie’s humility as a publicity stunt.

“You know what I think it is, I think it’s all some kind of scheme to please those liberals,” Branch elaborated. “We all know Democrats have been clamoring for a shot of Christie’s side boob for years, and just like always, Christie gives those socialist hippies just what they want. All he’s looking for are votes in this next election.”

Christie responded to the accusation by saying, “I would never try to elicit the vote of a citizen based on the merit of my man-breasts, but you know what momma always said: If you got it, flash it in front of a camera to get publicity.”
