There are a few things to go over before we get started.
An important tip to remember is that half the battle for getting the results you want lies in what you do prior to the workout. The night before a gym sesh, be sure to carb up with a hearty e-juice like Spaghetti or Cheesy Potato, since you’ll need that energy in the long run. Don’t overdo it though: too much and you’ll be too sluggish to pump iron.
Once you get to the gym is when the real fun begins. One common misconception is that you have to do a lot of different lifts to get fit. That’s not true.
Bench press one hundred times and the fitness will spread throughout your whole body like a nicotine rush. Plus, running around the gym trying to use all the different weights will take a chunk out of valuable time better spent vaping.
Be sure to take the milkiest rips those lungs can hold prior to each set, since it’s hard to hit the vape when you’re in the middle of lifting unless you have a second spotter who’s helping you (definitely worth trying if you have more than one friend!).
One of the most important choices to make prior to your workout is what juice you’ll be using during the workout itself. Choosing a refreshing flavor such as Grapefruit or Water is key; you’ll need to keep your lungs hydrated to achieve maximum gains.
